TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Orders & Delivery
- Orders placed through the Oz Safety Store website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Oz Safety Store.
- Prices displayed on the Oz Safety Store website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 10%. GST is applied at checkout and full cost including GST will be known prior to payment being made.
- Oz Safety Store may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by Oz Safety Store or its suppliers with reasonable prior notice to you, the buyer. If Oz Safety Store requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Oz Safety Store within seven days of being informed of the price increase.
- Oz Safety Store will confirm your order by telephone, email or other means and in instances where payment has not been completed at checkout will seek payment from you prior to supply of the goods.
- Oz Safety Store will contract an agent to deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order within a reasonable time frame, subject to availability. Where the goods are not available, you will be notified by Oz Safety Store. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Oz Safety Store to be authorised to receive the goods unless clear prior written instruction has been given to Oz Safety Store.
- The risk in the goods supplied by Oz Safety Store shall pass to the buyer upon delivery by Oz Safety Store or its contracted agent, however the ownership of them shall not pass to the buyer until the buyer has discharged all obligations to Oz Safety Store in relation to the goods.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer’s order can only be returned with prior authorisation from Oz Safety Store. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to such returns at the discretion of Oz Safety Store. Goods that have been embroidered, screen printed or otherwise altered are not returnable.
- Where goods have not been supplied as ordered or are faulty, Oz Safety Store will either refund in full or replace the items in question at its discretion. Incorrectly supplied goods must be brought to Oz Safety Store’s attention within seven days of the goods being delivered and must be returned in a condition fit for resale.
3. Delivery
- In most instances Oz Safety Store does not charge an additional fee for freight.
- In some instances, delivery to remote or difficult areas that would cause significant delays if sent without cost may incur a shipping and handling fee. Oz Safety Store will notify you if a shipping and handling fee will be charged, and you may cancel the order by giving notice to Oz Safety Store within seven days of being informed of the additional fee.
- If not all items are available for the first delivery, second and subsequent deliveries are also delivered free of charge.
4. Images
- While Oz Safety Store aims to include up-to-date pictures and descriptions of all goods on its website, some goods may vary from the picture and/or description shown. Buyers are advised that the colours displayed may vary depending on the setup of individual screens and computer systems, therefore Oz Safety Store cannot guarantee that the actual colour of the garments exactly matches the colour as it appears on your screen.
5. Privacy
- Oz Safety Store will comply with our Privacy Policy, describe elsewhere on this website. Oz Safety Store will not reveal your personal or company information to external organisations except for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
6. Changes to Terms of Service
- Each order is governed by the Terms of Service current when the order is placed. These Terms of Service may be changed from time to time without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the current Terms of Service each time they place an order.
